Over 40 years of experience in the production, marketing and development of ceramic raw materials both traditional and synthetic. Papers published in UK, Germany, USA, South America and China. More than 20 years as the head of ceramic materials companies.

Jim Greenfield BSc MBA - Sales Director
Involved with the development and marketing of ceramic materials for over 30 years to customers around the world, including for those applications outside of the more traditional ceramic industries.

Peter Holland Euromanager - Production Director
More than 25 years of experience at the pointed end! The production of electrofused and sintered ceramic materials and their processing. Strengths include the micronisation of hard abrasive raw materials.

Zoe Brinkman BSc., MSc.- Laboratory Manager
A graduate scientist with particular expertise in the field of dental and jewellery investment formulations and in the development of CerSett rapid setting compounds. Responsible for new product development and Quality Control using Cermatco’s state of the art laboratory facilities. Masters degree completed studying CerMag/CermaDent reaction mechanisms.

Penny Limmer – Commercial Office
Penny is responsible for the commercial office and deals directly with customers, suppliers and agents. Your regular first point of contact at Cermatco.

Gareth Blinston – Production Manager
Gareth has been promoted through the ranks and now heads the production team responsible for all of Cermatco’s products. He has developed a speciality in the production of close graded materials for the precision casting industry with high levels of chemical purity and for closely controlled products for dental applications.

Ulrich Kretschmer - Dr.rer.nat., Dipl.-Chem. – Agent German speaking countries
A chemist with both academic and business experience concerning raw materials for specialised applications including ceramics and absorbents. Working closely with customers to develop new products to meet future needs.

David Swift PhD., MSc.
Extensive experience in cement and concrete testing both within industry and academia. Currently working on CerSett PB projects with a view to optimising the binding reaction and maximising Compressive Strength values.
